Items are normally dispatched within 48hrs of the order being placed to the UK only, however, if the items you have ordered are not in stock we shall place them on backorder and ask you to allow up to 28 days for delivery of these items. If we think there is going to be a longer delay or problem with obtaining the items you have ordered, we will let you know forthwith.

Our charges for shipping are currently:

1st item	£4.95
for each extra item add	£1.50

e.g. Your order 2 items: £4.95 + £1.50 = £6.45 for postage & packing costs.

We reserve the right to amend our shipping charges at anytime.

Returns

To return or exchange goods please follow these 2 steps:

1. Please refer again to section 4. "CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY" in our Terms & Conditions

then

2. Contact us here to notify us of your intentions and obtain a returns number (your returns number is the "ticket number" created).
